Business Day: a day (except Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday) when London banks are open for business. Intellectual property rights: patents, utility models, invention rights, copyright and related rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, rights of presentation and commercial presentation, good-valoir and right to bring legal proceedings for disclosure or unfair competition, design rights, computer software rights, database rights, rights of use, and confidentiality of information (including know-how) and all other intellectual property rights, in any event registered or not, including all requests and rights requested and granted, extensions or extensions and rights to claim priority, these rights and all rights or forms of similar or equivalent protection that exist or will subsist in any part of the world, to protect. Neither party violates this Agreement and is not responsible for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or omission is due to an event of force majeure.
